several ultra nice beach front condos at the Summit, PCB, FL for rent by owner with lower discouted rates. The condos are all gulf-front with balcony, full kitchen, washer/dryer, free wi-fi, cables, phones and many upgrades. Each condo sleeps up to 6 people.
The resort is gated with 24 hours security guards, and parking is gulf-front as well. There are 4 pools including one heated pool and two kiddy pools in the resort. There are game rooms, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, SPAs, gyms, gift shop, tennis courts, resaurants, tickie bar by pools, internet cafe and much more.
