Payment details:
The rates vary with the season. Holiday weeks are higher then non-holiday weeks. We do accept credit cards. We do have a property manager who overlooks our condo and releases the keys and assists if any problems arise while guests are vacationing.
Fees:
Other then the rental fee, a parking pass is necessary to enable cars utilize the indoor or outdoor parking facilities. There would be a fee charged for any damages incurred to the condo by guests. There is a mandatory 10% state tax which is collected
