Great fourth floor condo at a reasonable price. Your condo has a beautiful uninterrupted view of Marco River, a five minute boat ride to the Gulf of Mexico. Riverside is a gated community with a security guard on duty 24 hours/day.

You can enjoy the dolphins and manatees in the morning or watch the boats going by in the afternoon and evening, while sitting on your private balcony. You can rent a boat and explore the 10,000 Island area or take a side trip to Naples or the Everglades.

Enjoy the beautiful pool and jacuzzi right downstairs or you are within minutes of one of the best beaches in Florida. There is great fishing right off the dock and several golf courses nearby, along with many other activities.
