2 Bedroom/2 Bath updated sunny condominium overlooking the pool area and out to the Gulf. King and double Murphy Bed. Very nicely furnished with 2 TVs, 1 VCR, 1 DVD player and a stereo. Parking Fee. NON SMOKING PROPERTY.

The kitchen provides all utensils, cookware and dishware. There is a full-size stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. Off the kitchen is a small balcony which overlooks the island.


The South Seas complex offers 24-hour gated security. There is covered (garage) parking and a (seasonally) heated swimming pool. An exercise room is available, and tennis courts may be rented for an hourly fee. A boardwalk leads out from the property to the beach.
