The gated complex is is located on Marco Island's beautiful sandy beach, with lots of treasures (shells) to take home for memories. A boardwalk leads from the swimming pool out to the beach. Tennis courts are available on an hourly basis; there is an exercise room and covered parking. The South Seas Condominium Association has a registration/parking fee
