Great location for boaters on deep water canal just off Boot Key Harbor with 70' dock.. Charming ground level, single family home on a quiet street with direct access to Boot Key Harbor and only minutes from the Seven Mile Bridge and all other Marathon attractions

This single family home is set in a lush tropical setting surrounded by numerous varieties of tropical foliage. Large kitchen, 4 bedrooms, two with queen size beds, 2 with matching twin beds, large outdoor sitting area, lighted dock for enjoying evening sundowners, large Florida family room for relaxing after a day in Paradise.

2 TVs with DVD, cable TV, gas grill, washer/dryer. Home is in immaculate condition....great price for a large home in a very quiet setting.
