How to rent your Florida vacation home - guide for successful listing!

1) Writing the Title/ Headline and Description of your property listing

The title of your Florida vacation rental is a very important start of your listing. You have a few words to grab the visitors attention and make them your best customers.Try to mention an amenity that makes your home unique and makes your Florida vacation rental guests feel welcome. Mention a significant sightseeing places, sporting events, festivals, shows around the town.

List of keywords, that you can use in your Title:

  • Locations
  • Category (luxury, great furnished, etc.)
  • Best amenities
  • Words like paradise, sunshine, lovely, etc.
  • Property type
  • Location type

By writing the description of your Florida vacation rental you are answering to your visitors question "What incredible experience would it be the stay at your Florida vacation Rental?" Start describing your best, unique amenities and features giving a warm welcome to your guests. Do your Florida vacation rental presentation before describing the local area, location, local attractions and events. That is the second part of your description.

Tip: Remember something! Write your Florida vacation home description together with shooting the photos of it. Make them match perfectly. Be aware of the fact that out there are lots of different types of travellers and they are looking for different experience. Target your guests and try to hit the right group of them. There are families with kids, couples, pets owners, etc. There are guests that would like to relax at the pool of your Florida vacation rental. Second would like to get some sunshine at the beach, that is 5 min walking distance of you Florida vacation home.
