How to rent your Florida vacation home - guide for successful listing!
1) Writing the Title/ Headline and Description of your property listing
The title of your Florida vacation rental is a very important start of your listing. 3) Posting your pictures online
Posting the pictures of your Florida vacation rental is very easy, just like the working with the most "user friendly" online customer panel.
- Once you have registered start posting new Florida vacation rental you will be directed to the "General info" page, where together with the title, description and location of your property, you will find the section for posting and representing pictures of your home. Keep going until you fill up all of the all free six picture spots. Remember that titles appear at the bottom of every single photo.
- With the process of posting the pictures you will see the "Pictures Panel", where you will be able to move your Florida vacation rental pictures, to edit the Title of each one and remove them.
4) Posting Highlights, Rates, Payment Details, Availability of your Florida vacation rental

Highlights: The Highlights appear at the "Small Preview Page" of your listing. That is the page, that shows up in the Search Results for all property listings in your town. At the "Highlights" page you will be able to select some of all Amenities, that are valuable, unique and you have listed at the "General info" page. That way, they will appear to the Representing photo in the "Small preview Page" of your home.

Rates: At the "Rates" page you are able to add, edit, delete price rate periods for your Florida vacation rental. Over there you have lots of options that you can check out. At the bottom you will notice a question "Is this a special offer period?" which means that we are asking whether this period is a regular one or you want to promote discount prices. Payment details: At this section you will be able to add, edit or delete information about payment options, fees that are included besides the price.

Availability: The availability calendar allows you to mark the dates that you want to be Available, Unavailable and Unknown. All of the dates are "Available" by default and you can choose to mark them Unavailable or Unknown by clicking on them. We give you the option Unknown in those cases that you want to give information ONLY BY INQUIRE.
