Important! Note that your sent e-mail is only an inquire. You haven't booked your desired Florida vacation rental yet. Our easy booking request form allows you to submit some type of information like: Name, E-mail address, Country, Phone number, Arrival and departure dates, Total number of people, and your message to the property manager. The owner receives your booking request in his mailbox with all the details mentioned above.
Booking procedure:

1) The traveller makes several booking requests;
2) The owner receive your message, check availability and answer to your questions;
3) The owner request a reservation deposit ranging from 10-50% of the rental rate;
4) The traveller sends the amount. Preferred payment methods are PayPal and credit cards;
5) The owner receives the payment and sends rental agreement which includes arrival/departure dates, payment schedule, cancellation terms and other conditions;
6) The traveller should read carefully before signing it and pays the rest of your rental rate at arrival;
7) The traveller enjoys his wonderful stay and shares his experience by posting a review of the Florida vacation rental.
