1. How to define a special period for my Florida vacation rental?
Once you have listed your property, you receive the property managing panel, where you can find and the "Special offer" tool. At the section "Rates" you have the choice to define a Rate period. You can assign this period as an "Special offer" and at the box "Notes" to describe the "Special offer". This Rate period will appear as a "Special offer" at your general listing and your availability calendar, if you set it up so!
2. I wasn't able to figure out how to enter any dates, so the website shows no calendar available. I clicked on dates but nothing happens.
First you should choose from one of radio buttons: Unavailable or Unknown and then mark the dates. If no dates are marked availability table won't be displayed in the property preview page.
