By the Beautiful Sea is a direct beachfront one bedroom, one bath condo with a private attached deck and unobstructed and gorgeous ocean views.

The condo is located in the premier seaside neighborhood of Crystal Beach in the heart of Destin in a small Caribbean-style one story complex of 23 condos. This Old Florida style gated community is not crowded and does not come with the hassles of many beachfront properties.

The condo is popular with couples and families with small children. Couples appreciate the privacy of being in a corner beachfront unit with no foot traffic passing by. Parents appreciate the added safety of a gated community and provisions for babies and small children the condo provides at no extra charge.

What makes Capri so special is the big private deck attached to the unit that no other guests in the complex can access unless you invite them. The only access to the deck is from inside of the condo.

Another plus about this condo is that it is the west end beachfront corner unit which means gorgeous unobstructed beachfront views from inside of the condo as well as from the deck and more privacy and quiet for your vacation stay.

Our guests enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen or on the commons grill close to the condo, then dining on the picnic table on the deck so they can enjoy the breeze off of the ocean while they dine.

The private deck is built right over the sand so you can’t get closer to the beach than this. There is NOTHING obstructing the view of the Gulf and this is the only condo in the complex that provides an unobstructed view. Dolphins enjoy frolicking in the Destin area since it is a feeding ground for these gentle and playful creatures which adds to the enjoyment of our guests.

The condo provides guests with a big furnished kitchen, cable and WiFi Internet, 2 TV's, DVD and VHS players and two private parking spaces right in front of your door for easy offloading of luggage. Two chaise beach chairs and one beach umbrella are provided. The unit is cleaned and inspected after each clean to insure its really clean.

The condo is located just four blocks from many stores and shops, restaurants, and Destin Commons Open Air Mall. Its central location to family attractions makes for convenience and saves time for guests. Golf courses are conveniently located just 5 to 15 minutes away. And the largest designer factory outlet in the USA with over 100 stores is located just 10 minutes drive east.

The condo is nestled half way between Pensacola and Panama City in the NW Florida Panhandle in the 'The World's Luckiest Fishing Village'.

It is centrally located less than a 1/2 mile walk from the intersection of U.S. Highway 98 and State Road 293. It is very easy to find.
