"BEACHSIDE DELIGHT" is a cozy one bedroom, one bath condo in a small, SINGLE STORY, GATED community directly fronted by 300 feet of PRIVATE DEEDED BEACH. It is located in the upscale seaside neighborhood of CRYSTAL BEACH, Destin's premier vacation area.

There are no streets to cross and no narrow beach accesses to find. This complex is directly on the beach. The condo is about 20 steps from the stairs leading to the sand.

Recently updated, this attractive condo is ideal for couples, small families and snowbirds. It is a great choice for business travelers who prefer a comfortable condo to a hotel room while doing business in our area.

The condo has a cheerful and inviting atmosphere with fresh paint and appealing upgrades such as the new granite countertops with bar area and shiny stainless steel sink. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and dining.

For a restful night's sleep, guests appreciate the comfortable top of the line QUEEN TEMPUR-PEDIC MATTRESS AND TEMPUR-PEDIC PILLOWS.
Another upgrade is the new bathroom. It features a COMFORT-HEIGHT commode and bathtub with grab bars for added tub safety and double shower heads.
