Villa Nova is perfect for the away from it all but with easy access to tourism areas. It is a four year old Villa set in a quiet location but easily accessible to the I-4. It is built to a Mediterranean design, with a tiled roof and open living area with cathedral ceiling.. All the rooms [plus lanai] have fans as well as air conditioning and/or heat. The bedrooms are carpeted while the other areas are tiled, with mats.

The villa is set is a quiet enclave of 12 houses to the rear of the small estate of Lake Wilson Preserve which has 96 homes in total. [50/50 owner occupies and rental] It is opposite the very up market area of Reunion and within a mile of Champions Gate. There is a small new shopping area locally with bank, supermarket and pharmacy. A new retail Mall, Posner Crossing, is a 8 minute drive.

Our pool and decking, while caged, are in the sun until late afternoon and look over the lawn and conservation land with trees and shrubbery. We are not overlooked but do have homes on each side.

The main living area is large with a cathedral ceiling and patio doors onto the lanai. There are 2 two seater and one 3 seater sofa, which converts to a full queen bed. [bedding bundle in house] Also several occasional tables, lamps and rugs, TV unit with TV/DVD. The breakfast bar with 2 stools is to the rear of the room as is the dining area of 6 chairs and a full table. [further seating in adjacent kitchen nook]

The two master en-suite bedrooms are at opposite corners to the rear of the property, with views over the pool area and flora beyond. Both these rooms have TV/DVD and clock radio alarms, the one to the right also having a telephone plus the internet modem. There is a hair dryer and hot brush for guest use.

The two twin bedrooms are to the side and front of the property with the front one having a TV point plus direct access to the shared full bathroom, which also opens into the hallway. The hallway has a bookcase with many books, DVDs CDs and information leaflets for your use, plus the information board and folder.

There is a baby crib with bedding and a high chair, also an old stroller which you may use at your own risk.

The kitchen is fully equipped for 10, [12 with some items] and has a small table and four chairs in the nook, near to the garage access. All the laundry and cleaning items are kept in the garage along with the large gas barbecue which must NOT be used on the decking but outside the home areas. The bar b q is also guest responsibilty to leave clean or a $60 cleaning fee will be charged.Suggest concrete slabs outside of the cage, beside the screen doors for use.

The pool and deck area are in the sun until late afternoon, where we have 4 sun beds with pads and 2 sun chairs with some small tables. Please use provided plastic dishes in this area.The pool can be heated for your comfort at $20 per day, minimum of 2 days.

Location

We are in a quiet conservation area but only 10 minutes form Disney. Also 5 minutes from a new line mall and the I4 jnct 58, 10 to Kissimmee and also a new retail Mall, 20 Minutes from International drive, Sea World, Universal etc 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport with Sanford and Tampa Airports and both the Gulf and Space coasts 1 hour away.
