Our vacation villa is located in Calabay Parc a secluded community within the conservation woodlands and is literally 15 minutes from the magical Walt Disney World in Florida. We are close to Sea World, Universal Studios and large shopping malls. A Publix grocery store and a 24 hour Wal-mart are within a 5 minute drive.

The home is completely equipped with all you need to enjoy your Florida vacation. There are two master suites each with their own private garden door out to the covered lanai and private west facing pool and spa. They have large walkin closets and totally equipped washrooms with hair dryers and circuit converters. The other two twin bedded rooms share another washroom. There are three TVs with DVD player, movies and games. The kitchen is large with breakfast nook and laundry room off same. There is a separate dining room and the living room overlooks the patio and pool. A children's playground is within walking distance of the home. Free phone calls within U.S. and to Canada.

Location

Our villa is located off Hwy 27, just north of I-4 and south of I92. Calabay Parc is a prestigious development of homes located in Central Florida. It has easy access/drive to major attractions including Walt Disney World, Epcot, MGM, water parks and Downtown Disney and three major golf courses all approximately 15 minutes away. Orlando International Airport is about a 40 minute drive. Truly a relaxing and inviting community.
